From the single-family home to the housing development, three plants cover most of your project range. For larger projects, the ORKA is sized to measure, in continuous steps up to three thousand PE. Expansion later in construction phases, without touching what is already built.
Cabin complexes and rural plot subdivisions can connect to a shared plant instead of solving each house separately. One central plant, one control unit, one maintenance contract. This is permitted in many countries, in Chile for example as a collective plant, and is often cheaper than several individual solutions and robust when holiday homes are only occupied seasonally.
We coordinate logistics in step with your earthworks phase, with a typical lead time of about two months: around one month of preparation and one month of transport. Before you buy, we tell you the estimated delivery time. One point of contact through to commissioning, so your construction schedule stays on track.

The ORKA is sized to the project, from 50 to 3,000 PE. The figure is an estimate for an 80 PE plant, with a preliminary estimate of seven concrete tanks. We obtain quotes for the actual tank costs in your country. Sea freight, on-site assembly and permits are not included. Ask us for a specific offer for your case.

Project solution
Instead of equipping each home separately, several units share centralised AQUATO technology. Example of a three-home project with a single AQUATO STABI-KOM for 12 PE: the three homes connect to one shared installation, in two tanks with 12.98 m³ in total. The same logic applies from as few as two homes.
The exact configuration, a 12 PE STABI-KOM in two tanks with 12.98 m³ in total, must be confirmed technically by AQUATO. It depends on peak occupancy, daily flow, the layout of the chambers and the role of each tank. Only then do we offer the combination on a binding basis.
