Four strengths
The ORKA grows with your municipality, from 50 to 3,000 PE. Start with the current load and expand in later phases when you need to, without touching what is already built. That way the plant is ready for the future, even if your town grows.
Complete plants of up to 50 PE carry the CE marking under EN 12566-3, the European test for small plants. The ORKA for larger municipalities is sized according to the European EN 12255 series of standards. In tender and permit procedures across South America, this is a clearly demonstrable quality point. We supply the CE and technical documentation for your tender documentation.
Fixed annual maintenance visits make operating costs predictable, with no hidden items. Maintenance is carried out by a specialist company in your region following the AQUATO protocol or, where one exists, by a local partner. The measurement reports go straight into your compliance file.
For larger projects, especially with the ORKA, you can instead send your own technician for training at the AQUATO factory in Germany. The ORKA offer includes the flight, hotel, meals and about three days of training for one technician; for smaller plants, the trip is possible at extra cost. After that you run the plant yourself, with our support from Berlin.

The ORKA is sized to the project, from 50 to 3,000 PE. The figure is an estimate for an 80 PE plant, with a preliminary estimate of seven concrete tanks. We obtain quotes for the actual tank costs in your country. Sea freight, on-site assembly and permits are not included. Ask us for a specific offer for your case.
