PROCloud
Remote maintenance that sees problems coming.
PROCloud is the optional remote monitoring for AQUATO plants. It runs via the K-PILOT control unit and transmits operating data in real time: oxygen, sludge, temperature, power consumption. If something goes outside the norm, the plant raises the alert itself, often before the problem becomes visible.

How it works
The plant monitors itself.
Through a PROCloud module in the K-PILOT control unit, the plant continuously sends its operating data to a secure platform. The operator and the service partner see the same values, at any time, without being on site.
If a value goes outside the norm, PROCloud triggers an automatic alert. Many cases are resolved remotely, and faults are often dealt with before they become visible.
Because the plant is monitored continuously, additional site visits are needed less often: we see deviations before anyone has to go out.

No. PROCloud does not replace maintenance, but it saves additional site visits and makes faults visible early.
