We recommend the right plant
We clarify the conditions on your site with you. Then we recommend the model and size that suit you, not the most expensive ones. We send you the reasons in writing.

You receive a clear quote
Plant, installation, delivery and maintenance are listed separately. The price is in euros. Taxes and import duties in the destination country are added separately and are not part of the quote.

Installation and operation
The plant arrives pre-assembled. Your installer or a company in your region installs it following AQUATO's instructions, in one to three days depending on size, plus the earthworks. After that, one maintenance visit a year is usually enough.
Questions about the process

Depending on size, the plant itself is installed in one to three working days. On top of that come the earthworks and the connection; the usual total is three to seven working days on site. With rocky ground or difficult access, the earthworks take correspondingly longer.
To install the new biological treatment plant, the existing septic tank, if there is one, has to be removed or dismantled. The cost of removing the existing septic tank is not included in the price of the plant and should be discussed with the installation company, as it depends on the specific conditions of each installation and site.
That depends on the region and the size of the plant. We clarify the requirements of the competent authority and the local environmental regulations together with you and your engineer in charge. We prepare the necessary technical documents; depending on the region, the application is handled by you or by us.
Ektennsa is your contact from the first enquiry through to maintenance. The installation is carried out by your installer, a company in your region or, where available, a local partner, always following AQUATO's instructions. For all questions about the plant, Ektennsa remains your contact.
