What is included
The components of the STABI-KOM.
The technology arrives pre-assembled in the tank. It is placed, connected and the K-PILOT control unit is switched on: depending on size, the plant is installed in one to three days.

Air lift set
The airlifts move the water between chambers using compressed air only, with no pumps in the wastewater.

Disc aerator
Introduces the air as fine bubbles for the biological stage. Other aerator shapes are available depending on the tank.

Compressor
Produces the compressed air for the whole process, sized according to the population equivalents.

K-PILOT control unit
The plant's control unit, installed in a dry place outside the tank. You simply plug it in: it runs the cycles and reports faults. After a power cut it restarts on its own.

STABI-KOM models at a glance.
The STABI-KOM covers the range from a single-family home to a small housing development. The final values depend on the project; we review them with you during the consultation. The energy figure refers to the CE-certified reference size; for larger sizes we state it per project. All models are housed in robust polyethylene tanks with a walk-on cover rated up to 200 kg; up to 8 PE one tank is enough (up to 6 PE about 4.9 m³, at 8 PE about 6.4 m³ of usable volume), and larger plants have several. As a complete plant, the STABI-KOM carries the CE mark to EN 12566-3.

Tanks
The tanks for the STABI-KOM.
Up to 6 PE, the walk-on KL-02 plastic tank is used (installation depth 1.75 to 2.05 m). From 8 PE the standard is the larger KL-06 with 6,500 litres (installation depth 2.52 to 2.72 m): one tank at 8 PE, two from 10 to 16 PE. Larger plants are sized per project, from 27 PE with the elongated high-volume KL-09 tank. Alternatively, AQUATO supplies the complete plant in a BM-03 concrete tank. If the tank is built in concrete on site, a local construction company builds it following AQUATO's drawings; the technology, the drawings and the coordination with that company go through us. Because it is built on site, this option needs a little more planning time. The delivered plastic tank comes with up to 25 years of manufacturer's warranty. Two ways to receive your plant.
The technology comes from Germany. For the tank there are two routes, which we recommend depending on location and budget.

Recommended Option A
Complete plant from Germany, with plastic tank.
The tanks with built-in SSB® technology arrive from AQUATO configured and factory-tested. The compressor and control unit sit dry outside the tank, so there are no electronics in the wastewater. On site, all that remains is excavation, placement and connection.
Why we recommend it:
In most projects, the delivered plastic tank works out cheaper than a concrete tank built on site, and it is installed much faster.
The tank arrives watertight and factory-tested, with up to 25 years' manufacturer's warranty.
What you receive:
- Complete plant with plastic tank, assembled and tested
- CE conformity according to EN 12566-3 for the delivered plant
- Up to 25 years' manufacturer's warranty on the tank
- On site: only excavation, placement and connection

Option B · Alternative
Technology from Germany, concrete tank built on site.
The SSB® technology, compressor and control unit come from the AQUATO factory. Your local partner builds the tank in concrete according to the AQUATO plan (dimensions, reinforcement, connections).
When it makes sense:
Only when the project requires it, for example for very large volumes or when concrete construction is taking place on site anyway. In most cases, the delivered plastic option is more economical.
What you receive:
- SSB® technology, compressor and control unit from AQUATO Germany, ready to operate
- AQUATO plans for building the concrete tank
- Support with the on-site acceptance inspection
- CE conformity through the technical set; the warranty remains in place
The STABI-KOM has no technology inside the wastewater; only the tank is bulky. Here the delivered plastic tank (Option A) is the most economical option.
During the consultation we recommend the right option for you. In most South American projects, the delivered plastic plant (Option A) is the most economical.
