What we need for a first assessment.
You do not need a complete file yet. We can start with what you know today about the site and the project.

The site
Location, municipality, area, owner and planning status of the plot. If you already have a planning information certificate for the plot (in Chile: the CIP), that helps.

The project
What you want to develop: homes, a gated community, a small housing development, tourism or something else. Also the number of planned units and roughly how many people will use the system.

The sanitation situation
Is there a public network, and is a connection possible? Has a sanitation feasibility certificate been requested or issued? Is there a septic tank or another solution today?

The site in detail
Slopes, available area, soil type, groundwater depth, nearby wells or watercourses.

Plan or preliminary design
We do not need the final design. A plan showing the site, the buildings, the access routes and the space available for the system is enough.

The treated water
Where it will go: infiltration, discharge to a water body or reuse. This determines which plant makes sense and which authorisation is needed. For reuse there is a UV stage without chemicals.

If the solution is suitable, the project continues with your professionals. The architect and the sanitation engineer prepare the technical documentation and handle the applications to the authorities.
