You are not buying from a stranger.

Imagine: you plan your sanitation project with German technology, travel to Germany and meet the manufacturer in person. You see how the plant you will soon run yourself actually works.

We do not welcome you as a buyer, but as a guest. Ektennsa organises the whole trip and accompanies you from the first day to the last.

Your trip

Four stages, all organised.

1. Arrival in Berlin

Someone from Ektennsa meets you at the airport. You stay two nights in a hotel in Berlin, the city where Ektennsa is based. We take care of meals and transfers.
2. By train to Herford

We travel together in first class to AQUATO in Herford, with meals on the way included. There you stay two nights in a hotel. On the way there is time to talk through your project at leisure.
3. About three days with the manufacturer

The technician gets to know the ORKA directly at AQUATO: how it works, how it is assembled and commissioned, and how it is checked day to day. We interpret everything into Spanish or English. AQUATO confirms the exact programme.
4. Back home

We take the train back to Berlin and from there you fly home. You take home practical knowledge and a permanent contact in Berlin, also after the trip.

You do not travel alone

We are with you the whole time.

Someone from Ektennsa accompanies your technician from the airport, on the train journey and during the training, where they interpret from German into Spanish or English.

After the trip, your technician can prepare and coordinate the installation in your country, following AQUATO's instructions. The trip is for one technician nominated by your company.

The ORKA is sized to the project, from 50 to 3,000 PE. The figure is an estimate for an 80 PE plant, with a preliminary estimate of seven concrete tanks. We obtain quotes for the actual tank costs in your country. Sea freight, on-site assembly and permits are not included. Ask us for a specific offer for your case.

What does the trip include?

For the technician: return flight in economy class from the agreed airport in South America, welcome in Berlin, two hotel nights in Berlin and two in Herford, the meals in the programme (also on the train), the first-class train from Berlin to Herford and back, about three days of training at AQUATO and our support with interpreting.

Do I need to speak German?

No. Ektennsa is present at the training and interprets everything into Spanish or English. So you can ask questions at any time.

What does the technician learn at AQUATO?

How biological treatment works, which parts make up the ORKA, what the tank needs, how the technology is assembled and commissioned, and how operation is monitored, with PROCloud too if you wish. AQUATO defines the exact content.

Who installs the plant in our country?

The concrete tanks are built by a company in your country following AQUATO's instructions, and we obtain quotes locally. Your trained technician can prepare the installation. Depending on the project, it may make sense for an AQUATO technician to lead the assembly on site. AQUATO assesses this for each project and we quote that cost separately.

What is not included in the price?

Sea freight, on-site assembly, civil works, permits, import duties, port charges and transport within the country. The concrete tanks are only an estimate; we obtain quotes for their actual costs in your country.
