Consultation
Before we recommend a plant, we want to understand your location. The appointment is free, takes thirty to forty-five minutes and does not end with a quote, but with a concrete next step. We reply within two working days.
What to expect
You describe your location, the current situation and what you have in mind. We listen and ask questions before we propose a plant. If you like, you can send us a few photos on WhatsApp so we get a better picture of the place. A concrete recommendation comes in the same conversation or in writing after the site survey.
We plan thirty to forty-five minutes, by phone or video call, with no obligation and no sales pressure. For larger business projects we set aside more time if needed.
Helpful, but not required: the location of the site, the approximate number of people who will use the system and, if there is one, details of the current septic tank. If you do not have this information, we go through it together in the conversation.
